As fans will know both the Official Supporters Club (OCS), and TrustSTFC attend the monthly STFC Advisory Board and represent Swindon Town fans at these. Part of the role is the collation and submission of fans questions to the club for answers.
Both parties have jointly agreed that from the July Advisory Board meeting that all questions should be submitted to either fans group (or both,) from a named person and member of either fans group (validation of membership details – name and email address), not from an anonymous account. It is felt that as everyone at the Advisory Board is named on the monthly minutes, and therefore the questions submitted should also be from an actual named person (the name of the individual are not named on the published minutes of the meeting, just the questions – the OSC/TrustSTFC will use the name for communication if required, ie for clarification purposes).
This is fully in the spirit of the Advisory Board which encourages full transparency and openness from both the club and fans.
If you have question for the Advisory Board please look to send these by the 3rd day of each month for submission into the agenda for that months AB.
