We would like to advise members that Tom Paris and James Phipps have stepped down from the Board of the Trust ahead of the forthcoming AGM and election.
Tom joined the Trust Board in 2022. In his 2.5 years with us, he was heavily involved in communications/website operations before taking up the role of Membership Secretary earlier this year. Tom was a committed and passionate member of the Board and we wish him well for the future.
James rejoined the Board for a second time at the last AGM having served as Vice Chair during Lee Power’s tenure at the Club. With a focus on improving our back-of-house systems and general governance, his time with us has been shortened due to a new, non-football related business interest which he is leading.
Trust STFC Chair, Neil Hutchings, said “I’d like to personally thank Tom and James for their service and support during their time on the Board. As volunteers, all Board members make personal sacrifices with their time and we recognise the considerable contribution which they have both made on behalf of all Trust members.”
