Ticket Bank Initiative – TrustSTFC

Ticket Bank Initiative

TrustSTFC and Swindon Town Community Foundation have been working on an incentive to offer tickets to Swindon games for those fans most in need. On Saturday 18th of April, we will be running a pilot for our Ticket Bank scheme, and we are asking our members for their help.

As a proof of concept, we have a limited number of tickets to offer for the home game against Accrington Stanley and we’d like Swindon fans to suggest friends and/or family that cannot afford to go to games at the moment, but who would benefit from the chance to watch the Town, and not miss out on the important social aspects that surround the game.

Due to the small number available, we will limit applications to three tickets at most, and one application per person.

We don’t need details beyond their names and the ticket categories they require (eg adult, over 65, u11/u18/u21), there is a level of trust that our members will use the Ticket Bank appropriately. We won’t release the names of those taking part and we won’t ask them to take part in any publicity for the scheme, but would like them to give an anonymous review of the scheme and their experience at the game.

The deadline for submissions is midday on Saturday 11th of April. We will randomly select from the applicants and be in touch during the week before the game to confirm the tickets are still required, then to confirm where and when to collect the tickets.

If you’d like to nominate someone, please email james.leggett@truststfc.com with their names and required ticket categories.
