Following our update on 17th May 2025 advising that the Club had formally requested consent to redevelop the Don Rogers Stand, we can now confirm that a vote of eligible Trust members will take place in order to provide shareholder consent to the plans.
The vote will be held over a seven day period commencing at 5pm on Wednesday 4th June 2025 and will close at 5pm on Wednesday 11th June 2025.
Eligible members are those aged 16 or over who have a paid membership in the Trust at the time of the vote. This will be determined once the June membership fee cycle completes on 3rd June (please note, it is no longer possible to join the Trust for the membership fee to clear in time to participate in this vote).
Details of the resolution to be voted on will be shared with eligible members when the vote opens. It will include the basis of the vote and how it interacts with the JV agreement. The vote will be in the form of a simple yes/no question indicating whether the member supports the resolution.
In order for the resolution to pass, at least 50% of total eligible members shall cast a vote, of which at least 75% of the votes are in favour of the redevelopment resolution.
