Bringing together representatives from both Swindon Town Football Club, TrustSTFC, and the Eady Trustees, the Joint Venture Board meetings discuss ongoing progress and future plans surrounding the Nigel Eady County Ground. The Joint Venture continues to be a key partnership in supporting the sustainable growth of the club, enhancing facilities, and providing governance and oversight of the stadium.

The meetings are attended by Clem Morfuni, Chairman and Owner of Swindon Town; Anthony Hall, Chief Executive Officer of Swindon Town; Neil Hutchings, Chair of TrustSTFC; Chris Howell, Secretary of TrustSTFC, and Jeremy Webb and Robert Carter, Trustees of the Nigel Eady Trust. 

The Joint Venture parties have agreed to publish full board minutes into the public domain. But where the Joint Venture has a duty of confidentiality to others, or a discussion is commercially sensitive, this information may be removed from the public version of the minutes.
